Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee:


We take pride in every detail. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can inspect the issue and make it right. We do not offer cash refunds but will gladly rework the affected area at no additional cost when applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Refunds are not issued for services already performed where the vehicle condition limits results (e.g., permanent stains, clear coat damage, scratches, odors).

  • Deposits for mobile appointments are non-refundable if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

  • If the customer is not present at the time of service or the vehicle is inaccessible, a cancellation fee may apply.

Weather & Scheduling:
In case of rain, unsafe conditions, or emergencies, we may reschedule your appointment without penalty. If a customer reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit may be forfeited.
